Terms of use

Last updated: 25 October 2026

The terms for using HSE Promo, submitting information and arranging training or HSE consultancy assistance.

Our services and role

HSE Promo presents course guidance, training opportunities and institute promotions, and assists with enquiries, course registration arrangements and HSE consultancy requests. We are not the awarding body for the qualifications displayed. A provider’s name or logo identifies a course or organisation and does not by itself mean HSE Promo is approved, accredited or endorsed by that organisation.

These terms govern use of the website and submission of enquiries. Specific bookings, consultancy work, deliverables, fees and payment arrangements require separate confirmation or an agreement. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Your responsibility for information and documents

When submitting information, you confirm that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, relevant to the request, and that you own it or have the lawful authority and any necessary permission to disclose it for the requested purpose. This includes third-party personal data, employer documents, reports, drawings and other confidential or protected material.

If acting for a company or another person, you must be authorised to act for them, provide any required notices and obtain permissions that the law or your confidentiality obligations require. Do not send information that breaches an employment duty, confidentiality agreement, intellectual-property right or another person’s privacy. Remove information we do not need.

HSE Promo cannot independently establish the source and disclosure permissions of every item received. We may reasonably rely on your confirmation, ask for clarification or evidence, decline a request, or restrict or remove material where its use appears unlawful. You remain responsible for your own unlawful or unauthorised disclosures to the extent provided by applicable law. This does not excuse HSE Promo’s own unlawful conduct or remove our duties when handling information.

Confidential material and permitted use

Do not upload classified, security-restricted, sensitive personal or commercially restricted material through the general form, or send passwords, payment-card information or identity documents. Tell us first if a service genuinely needs protected documents so suitable handling and any additional confidentiality terms can be agreed.

You retain your rights in the material you provide. You permit us to review and use it only as necessary to assess or carry out your request and agreed follow-up, subject to our Privacy Policy and any applicable agreement. This is not a transfer of ownership or permission to publish your documents or use them for unrelated marketing.

Personal data and relevant recipients

We handle enquiry and registration details as explained in the Privacy Policy. Before forwarding identifying information or documents to a relevant training provider, registration organisation or external consultant, we explain the referral and obtain your agreement. Only the information necessary for that purpose is shared; your enquiry is not a general permission to disclose information to unrelated parties.

A request involving someone else’s data does not allow either you or HSE Promo to ignore that person’s legal rights. We may need further authority or confirmation before proceeding.

Course information, availability and promotions

Course pages are guidance to support a training decision. Specifications, entry requirements, assessment arrangements, languages, delivery modes and schedules can change. We check current availability and the relevant requirements for your request before a booking is confirmed. A published promotion applies only for its stated period and conditions.

Completing training does not automatically guarantee admission to another programme, an examination result, professional membership, employer or Aramco authorisation, a job or a particular regulatory outcome. The relevant awarding body, provider, employer or authority determines its own requirements.

Enquiries, bookings, fees and cancellations

Sending an enquiry does not reserve a place, complete registration, create a payment obligation or confirm a consultancy appointment. We check available dates and options and contact you before any booking or paid service is agreed.

Before proceeding, the relevant provider, service scope, fee, payment recipient, applicable cancellation, transfer and refund terms, and each party’s responsibilities must be confirmed in writing. Provider terms apply to its own training and assessment services. Any service HSE Promo contracts to provide remains subject to our agreement and applicable law; provider terms do not remove our own obligations.

Consultancy scope and workplace decisions

A website enquiry is an initial request, not a complete site assessment, compliance certification or professional instruction for carrying out hazardous work. Consultancy scope, assumptions, access to information, intended use and deliverables are agreed separately.

Advice depends on the agreed scope and the accuracy and completeness of the information provided. Tell us about material omissions or changes that affect the work. Employers and site duty-holders retain their operational and legal responsibilities; this does not reduce the duty of care applicable to our own agreed services.

Acceptable use, content and external links

Do not send malicious files or unlawful content, submit false enquiries, interfere with security, harvest personal data or misrepresent an affiliation. We may reject or restrict abusive requests and take proportionate steps to protect the service.

HSE Promo’s original website content is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party course names, logos and materials belong to their respective owners. External websites have their own terms and privacy practices; linking to them is not a guarantee of their content or services.

Responsibility and legal rights

We aim to provide clear information and reasonable care within the services we agree to deliver. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access or outcomes controlled by an independent training provider or awarding body. Responsibility for a specific service follows the agreed scope, the cause of the loss and applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct, or removes mandatory consumer, confidentiality or personal-data protection rights and duties. No submission statement transfers HSE Promo’s own statutory responsibilities to the sender.

Questions, complaints and updates

Contact info@hsepromo.com about an error, complaint or these terms. Privacy requests can be made directly by email without completing a new service form. We may update these website terms and show the revision date; an update does not retrospectively change a confirmed booking or service agreement without a lawful basis. Applicable mandatory law and the dispute arrangements in any agreed service contract remain in force.
